Lead the construction of custom luxury homes from initial ground-breaking through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.Spend approximately 30% of the time on-site, supervising daily construction activities and ensuring precision and quality.Manage and mentor a team of three assistant superintendents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Select and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with architectural designs and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is accurately reflected throughout the construction process.Use technology tools like Fieldwire and Buildertrend to track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication across teams.Ensure luxury-level finishes, advanced home automation systems, and high-end materials are seamlessly integrated into the homes.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-up project experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Strong expertise in reading blueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automation systems.Experience working with luxury homebuilders such as Frankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.Proficiency in project management software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend.
