ICP Group is headquartered in Andover, MA and has manufacturing and distribution sites throughout North America, Latin America, UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.ICP Group is looking to identify a Regional Sales Manager to join our team to cover our Southeast territory. Your territory would consist of FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, NC, and SC.The ideal candidate will reside in Florida (preferred), Georgia or North Carolina.We are seeking a sales professional with 5+ years of experience in account management of customers purchasing high performance, multi-sport surfaces coatings and cushion systems. Knowledge of tennis courts, pickleball courts, running tracks and recreational surfaces. The channel will include distribution, regional medium to large contractor development, municipal projects, regional sports facilities, high end residential, and architectural specification to the design community. You will be expected to create new business, grow sales of current customer base. Business development will be driven through weekly Sales Force execution, electronic and phone communication, as well as in-person field visits. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced chemical manufacturer that designs, distributes, and produces state-of-the-art, enhanced surface technology.You will prospect and develop commercial and lead generation sales, general contractors, installation contractors, architects, distributors, and dealers. The management of accounts will include A/R support activity, arranging technical support for the installation, calculating estimated products use, project proformas or application of products working with the technical services department. You will be required to maintain a regular call visit cycle and report weekly through our Sales Force CRM on-line system. International travel will be very minimal and require administrative approval prior to travel.Responsibilities :While reporting to the CSS Sales Director; the role will engage with the Performance Coatings Team East, lead generation and product management teams to identify new business opportunities and secure them50% travel multi-state and major cities inside of territoryTraining of customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and education presentationsReview of sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunitiesUtilization of industry specifications, building notifications and plans to create bid projects pipelineInteract with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectivesCustomer follow-up and 360 sales reviews will be performed regularly with customersParticipation in sports surfacing organizations and tradeshow events.Experience neededProven sales track record in the sports surfacing coatings and cushion surface systemsExceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills.Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e. – price, application knowledge and etc.).Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in construction and installation markets.ICP Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
