With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:Arcadis’ data center construction program in the United States is growing and looking to add a Commissions Manager to its Team. The Commissions Manager will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, leadership, and accountability for the American data center construction program ensuring its successful delivery, alignment with client expectations, and adherence to Arcadis' Global operational and strategic goals.  Our ideal candidate will possess a range of career experience focused on data center construction program management, project control leadership and have a background which can demonstrate building of strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Is this position the next step in your career? If so, please apply as soon as you can!Role accountabilities:Full accountability for the successful delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets related to data center construction or capital construction programsProvide strategic direction and decision-making across the program, ensuring alignment with Arcadis’s organizational objectives and that the program remains on trackTeam and Program lead, providing leadership and quality controls with a focus on project management, project controls, operational model, client, and team managementEnsure effective quality management and implement continuous improvement practices across the program to drive innovation and best practice adoptionOversee the set-up and management of contracting processes, ensuring the effective management of all contractual obligations, including lump sum and agile delivery modelsWork closely with the Account Leadership team to identify and capture growth opportunities within client’s data center construction program in the United StatesEnsure the Arcadis Team Members are encouraged to grow and develop to the best of their abilitiesQualifications & Experience:12 + years' relevant experience leading project control program for major data center construction or construction program (>$750M) under a lump sum contract modelSubject matter expertise in own discipline with proactive problem-solving skillsExperience managing business relationships with both external and internal teams at a senior level. Able to build positive relationships to encourage professional and quality growth opportunities within client and internal teamsCultural understanding of agile project management and time-driven deliveryStrong change management and business partnership skills Excellent communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., PMP, PgMP, APM, or equivalent) is preferredWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
