Qualifications: • 6-10 years of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Experience with AWS • Experience building and managing enterprise cloud infrastructure. • Strong hands-on experience on AWS and/or Azure environments • Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation. • Strong hands-on experience working with various AWS services including but not limited to IAM, EC2, S3, ELB/ALB, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, MKS, MQ etc. • Specialized expertise with container implementations using Elastic Container Services (ECS), Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS), Docker • Specialized experience in building modularized terraform infrastructure as code (IaC) templates with integrated policy-as-code, compliance-as-code frameworks. • Proven experience in setting up DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, driving automated build management using GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, Ansible Tower, Maven, Code Commit, Code Pipeline and Code build services • Specialized expertise with Monitoring & Observability solution implementation using industry leading technologies such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog etc. • Extensive expertise in providing guidance, building highly available/fault-tolerant enterprise class infrastructure with multiple-region and multi-AZ models. • Implementation expertise with messaging, streaming solutions implementations using AWS Kafka, MQ, Kinesis, SQS, SNS services prefered • Working knowledge of implementing cloud identity and access management solutions to enforce security guidelines. • Working knowledge and experience with DevSecOps operating model • Experience working in Agile teams. • Development experience using Python and/or Java preferred. • Proven experience translating architectural plans and business requirements into infrastructure implementations. • Self-starter with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks and deliverables throughout project lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Work with Infrastructure Leadership to develop and implement container orchestration strategy. • Engage with other infrastructure engineers to build modularized terraform infrastructure as code (IaC) templates to standardize implementations. • Engage with architects, developers, and technical support teams to achieve success in deployment of Cloud application services within a managed service environment. • Collaborate with our System IT partners to advance cloud technological capabilities to meet business requirements. • Develop advanced cloud strategies for streamlined support and direction for new engagements. • Contribute to innovation and help anchor Proof of Concepts to assess service fitness. • Assess foundational services, integration services, cloud operations and management capabilities. • Plan and deliver in an Agile environment. • Communicate clearly and honestly within and outside the squads. • Solve complex problems as and when they arise. • Produce comprehensive documentation.
