Responsibilities The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will work within The Center for Neurogastroenterology and GI Motility practice on all aspects of patient care including evaluation, diagnosis and education. Experience preferred in a gastroenterology practice and/or surgical practice. Must be willing to travel to off sites.
Provides treatment and patient care under the supervision of physician
Accurately documents all correspondence with patient
Completes disability paperwork in a manner consistent with office procedures
Assist in the care and management of inpatients under the supervision of physician
Patient assessment in ER and for hospital admission
EPIC experience preferred
Must be computer literate or learn within 6 months
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees
