Join us!What we’re seeking:Reporting to the VP, Consumer Sales Operations, the Director – Sales Reporting, Analytics & Insights is a leadership role responsible for establishing a data-driven culture, providing critical sales insights, and ensuring data is accessible and meaningful across the organization. Key responsibilities include:Sales Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop comprehensive, actionable insights to support sales performance, enable strategic decision-making, and drive business growth.Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, while maintaining documentation, processes, and governance protocols.Data Automation & Transformation: Leverage automation tools to streamline reporting processes and enable real-time data access across teams.Executive Reporting & Storytelling: Craft C-level presentations and data-driven stories that communicate business performance and strategic insights.Data Visualization & Democratization: Create visualizations and tools that make data accessible, engaging, and actionable for a wide range of stakeholders, fostering data literacy throughout the organization.This role is essential for enabling data-driven decision-making and scaling Frontier’s distribution, collaborating cross-functionally to solve for the analytical needs of the business. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. You are a change agent, working with others to drive our vision of “Building Gigabit America” and positioning Frontier as a leader in data-driven decision-making and consumer-focused innovation.What you'll do:Strategic Data Partnership: Serve as the voice of the consumer business units in partnership with IT, prioritizing data-related requirements, ensuring clarity, and aligning with business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Marketing, Product, Base Management, Sales, IT, and Operations to align on data requirements, support organizational objectives, and drive cross-functional projects.Data Strategy & Governance: Lead efforts to define data governance protocols, manage data quality, and establish guidelines for data usage, including developing a data playbook and procedures to ensure consistency across departments.Insights & Analytics for Sales Optimization: Use advanced analytics to uncover trends and opportunities, developing actionable insights that align with sales and business goals. Drive insights related to sales performance, customer acquisition, and product performance to help shape strategic decision-making.Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to anticipate trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies for future sales success.Executive Storytelling & Presentation: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and dashboards for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support strategic decisions.Data Democratization & Literacy: Empower teams with accessible data, working to build data literacy and democratize data insights across the organization through intuitive dashboards and self-service reporting tools.Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current on industry trends and best practices, bringing forward new methods, tools, and technologies to continuously improve Frontier’s reporting and analytics capabilities.What we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Some of which we’re most proud to offer includes:Salary Range: $148,000 to $214,00020 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per yearDay one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensationTuition Assistance ProgramPersonal & Work Life Balance Resources & Wellness Support AssistanceEmployee Resource GroupsSame-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage10 weeks of paid parental leave, & a phased return to work program for new parentsUp to $10k in adoption program assistance3 weeks of paid caregiver leaveWhat background you should have:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., business, analytics, or information systems; advanced degree preferred.Leadership Experience: 5+ years of leadership in analytics, reporting, or data management, with a focus on supporting sales or consumer operations.Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Proven ability to identify trends and correlations, extract insights, and use advanced analytics methods (predictive, prescriptive analytics).Stakeholder Management: Track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, prioritize data needs, and deliver on complex projects.Expertise in Business Intelligence & Visualization: Proficient in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), with experience developing dashboards and data visualizations that enable actionable insights and data storytelling.Project Management Proficiency: Strong project management skills, with a background in agile methodologies preferred, to navigate and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives effectively.Data Automation Skills: Familiarity with data transformation, automation tools, and ETL processes to streamline reporting and data access.Executive Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to craft and present data-driven stories and insights to all levels of the organization confidently and effectively.Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to approach complex problems strategically, adapt to new challenges, and drive innovation.Knowledge that Would Be a Plus:Databricks Experience: Familiarity with Databricks for data transformation and analytics, adding value to advanced data processes.Preferred Industry Background: Experience in telecommunications or consumer ISP industry is preferred, though not required.Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
