As an Account Executive for Website Sales, you will be asked to make sure your existing clientele is satisfied with the products and services they currently receive.You will be required to communicate with your clientele by efficiently and proactively managing your assigned list.The position requires creating and building relationships with small to medium-size businesses, and helping to connect them to professional services, tools, creative assets and Boston Web Group products that they need to expand their business.What you’ll do

Hit the ground running :)Reach out to the prospects and supply helpful assistance on their digital journeyMaintain detailed recordsTranslate your client needs into executable tasks for production teamDo anything and everything possible to help the client receive success, coordinate with your team members as they produce the materialsUpdate and manage all of your account information in our CRMConsistently desire to do better than beforeResearch and identify new business opportunities and discuss with your manager(s)Call prospective clients in order to build key relationshipsNavigate company structures: Get past gatekeepers and influence the actual decision-makersFind creative avenues to connect with new buyersConduct research on prospective clients and maintain a database of business opportunitiesCommunicate with potential customers via email and phone to identify their pain points and supply helpFollow-upFollow throughDevelop a mastery of the languageLearn better ways to identify how to match our skills with client’s needsOver time build key client relationships and nurture their network for new opportunitiesQualifications and Requirements
