The
Site Manager II (End User Services (EUS) Manager)
must have 10+ years of experience.Required Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree plus 10+ years of experience. High school diploma with an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Prior Leadership experience.A strong IT services background, with prior experience providing day-to-day IT services both as an individual contributor and as a leader.Ability to obtain and maintain public trust security clearance.A thorough understanding of how to manage a team of technicians supporting multiple diverse end-user systems while meeting Service Level delivery targets is essential.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Ability to multitask and function in a quick-paced environment.Experience leading organizations performing IT Operations.Strong experience with service, incident, and problem management.Demonstrated experience with a modern service ticketing system such as ServiceNow.Above all, you must have a customer-first attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to make sure the services delivered are provided with the highest possible quality levels and under an appropriate sense of urgency.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience.Relocation:
This position will not cover relocation expenses.Travel:
