What the day will look likeAs a global leader, you have the runway to architect and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, which is fueled by our impressive 3x3 Plan for growth across regions, solutions, industries and channels. This is a unique opportunity for innovation, harmonization of regional priorities and global growth goals paired with collaboration with senior leaders across the world. You will have a dual reporting line into the Chief Administration Officer and CEO, Regions. By working closely with the global Brand, Creative & Events team, this role ensures consistent brand messaging and event execution across regions without sacrificing innovation and ingenuity. You will own and allocate the global marketing budget and will lead all marketing for the firm. Other responsibilities include:Lead content initiatives across solution lines/business areas to establish the firm as an industry and market leader.Own Aon's digital marketing channel maturation including, website development and redesign, paid media and social campaigns.Optimize and deliver consistent regional events with managed outcomes while setting and monitoring key performance indicators to gauge marketing efficiency.Collaborate with CCOs and client teams to ensure marketing efforts enhance and drive growth.Disseminate enterprise and solution strategies across the globe.Partner with product teams to tailor marketing strategies and activation (e.g., content development, events) to specific solutions and market needs.Align with global communications team to ensure consistent internal and external communications, media relations strategy in-region and across local offices.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible for participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon’s discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance.
