The new role is central to bringing PayPal's merchant partners onto the platform. The primary role is prospecting, business development, and sales to a specified list of PayPal merchant partners. In this role you will leverage strong industry connections to identify opportunities for enterprise and mid-market brands to showcase Offers across PayPal Surfaces and marketing channels.The opportunity is to drive sales, increase market share, shift of wallet and measure impact of the merchant’s investment in true ROI. We are looking for high-performing hustlers that bring positivity and solutions to the table, who will also align with our cross-collaborative culture. In this role you must also be adept at leveraging data driven insights and a consultative sales approach to produce a successful pitch and ultimately results. You are passionate about selling solutions that make a significant and measurable impact on your customer’s bottom line. It will involve development of new advanced offers platform customer relationships from leads from other Sellers within enterprise and mid-market commercial teams. You will work from overall proof points of the platform and comparable customers to establish new relationships and onboard new customers to the platform working with the Product team. We are seeking individuals with proven track records and results from launching and developing such ads platforms and merchant customer profiles.This a commission-based role.Responsibilities:Leverage your experience and connections in sales to exceed revenue targets.Prospecting to your book of business, pitching for successful close.Work well cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, Marketing and other important teams.Generate a pipeline across key brand verticals including Retail, Home and Garden, Beauty, Travel, Electronics, Groceries and Dining.Build effective and long-lasting relationships with brand-side stakeholders at Director+/VP levels, becoming a trusted advisor.Minimum Qualifications:Digital advertising sales, or payments sales with 6+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Card-Linked Offer Sales/Management preferred.Breaking and growing business by developing long-term strategic partnerships.Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.Data-driven selling, and you’re comfortable with business and media performance metrics.Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.Travel Percent:
