The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of company sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales efficiency. Additionally, the Sales Operations Analyst performs routine diagnostic analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvement with existing sales processes and practices.Perform sales team KPI calculations on team and person levels.Perform productivity analytics throughout the annual performance cycle.Prepare reports on Sales metrics that inform management for decisions on team performance.Assist Sales organization with making informed data-driven decisions to effectively lead the team.Perform data analysis and derive insights that support key strategy and decisions e.g. segmentation, resource deployment.Review existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the development of reporting tools and templates aimed at improving sales and customer care management decision-making.YOU HAVE:
