This team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.As an Inbound Operations Lead, your typical day will include the following responsibilities:Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload.Be an expert of operations, accuracy, and efficiency.Utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload.Help create a scheduling plan based on business workload and guest traffic.Assess all GM backroom and sales floor areas.Enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock.Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.Lead and coach team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all inbound processes.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Support your ETL to create a safety advocacy culture.Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU).All other duties based on business needs.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe might be a great match if:You enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment.Providing service to our guests excites you.Leading teams who are stocking, setting, and selling Target products sounds appealing.You prefer a dynamic work environment rather than a Monday - Friday desk job.Requirements:High school degree or equivalent.Age 18 or older.Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.Ability to lead and hold others accountable.Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.Welcoming and helpful attitude.Effective communication skills.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
