Reporting to the Executive Director of Title IX and Student Conduct, the Associate Director for Title IX and Student Conduct functions as the key support person in the management, coordination, and implementation of the operations of Commonwealth University’s Title IX and Student Conduct Office in regards to budget management; federal, state, and local compliance; case management; and programming. The purpose of this role is to serve each CU campus (Bloomsburg, Mansfield, or Lock Haven) when called upon as needed in a Title IX (sexual misconduct) role (for student conduct and case management) and/or student conduct role. In the absence of the Executive Director, this position will be able to fill-in as needed regarding student conduct and Title IX student support.Job Requirements:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in student life, campus life, student development, counseling, or related fieldExperience in crisis management and/or triage.Project Management:
Adept at project management, including oversight and execution.Organization:
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a structured workflow.Communication:
Superior communication and human relations skills. Ability to collaborate and work with multiple offices on behalf of Bloomsburg, Mansfield, and Lock Haven and provide leadership for projects, when appropriate.Degree/level of education:
Master’s Degree.Job Type:
