This role is instrumental in managing BOWA’s proprietary Lead Generating Activity (LGA) program, a suite of targeted activities designed to foster referrals. The MPM champions, trains, and supports these initiatives to help Project Leaders cultivate and sustain key relationships within the Greater DC area's luxury communities.The MPM also spearheads other hyper-local, targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of print and digital advertising, bylined articles, direct mail, and email marketing to support and enhance referral efforts. This role is ideal for a marketing professional skilled in strategic planning, tactical execution, and customer-focused problem-solving.A successful MPM at BOWA will be deeply organized, deadline-driven, and have a refined understanding of luxury marketing practices and terminology. This individual should excel in a coaching and mentoring capacity, be adept at event coordination, and demonstrate the utmost professionalism in representing BOWA to clients, partners, and the broader community.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Territory-Based Marketing : Lead tailored marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with luxury branding.Client & Partner Relations : Oversee thanking and gifting programs to enhance customer and partner loyalty.Community Engagement : Manage charitable initiatives and budgets, strengthening BOWA’s community presence.Detailed Responsibilities
Develops quarterly and annual LGA plans with Project Leaders, providing training and support to execute sponsorships, events, and logistics.Regularly reviews activities to identify opportunities for optimization, sharing best practices to drive continuous improvement.Holds regular progress meetings with Project Leaders, offering strategic advice and coaching to maximize success in each territory.Partners with the VP of Business Development and VP of Marketing to assess program effectiveness, suggest improvements, and develop new LGA initiatives.Designs and launches marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in key territories through strategic advertising, mailers, and digital tactics.Leads initiatives to thank and recognize clients, partners, and referrers through personalized gifting strategies.Manages BOWA’s charitable initiatives by coordinating donations, communicating relevant updates, and optimizing community impact.Collaborates with the Content Marketing Strategist to promote Project Leader activities and develop supporting content.Requirements
Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally within luxury sectors.Skills : Strong communicator, skilled writer, and creative thinker with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Design : Experience with graphic design or layout preferred.Mindset : Collaborative team player, self-motivated, and takes ownership of deliverables while open to coaching.Professionalism : Ability to represent BOWA with sophistication and integrity in all client and partner interactions.Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adhere to processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Basic photo editing experience.Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Bonus skills: WordPress, CRM proficiency, Canva.
