This position is responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, managing project execution, and ensuring that data initiatives meet stakeholder needs. The individual will collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to facilitate communication, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights. By leveraging data analysis and project management skills, this role contributes to enhancing organizational efficiency and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and problem-solver, adept at navigating complex data environments and fostering collaboration across teams.What you’ll doSupport with project planning, execution, and monitoring for data-related initiativesDevelop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedulesSupport with analysis of data sets to derive insights and support decision-making processesWork with data engineers and scientists to ensure data integrity and quality throughout projectsServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating communication between technical teams and business unitsCreate and present reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings and project statusIdentify opportunities for process optimization and efficiencies within data workflows. Implement best practices in data management and project execution.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirementsWhat we’ll need from youSignificant years of experience working as a Data AnalystProven track record of working with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers and technologistsDemonstrated history of being able to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in support of Data Insights, reporting and statistics.Strong data visualization skillsDemonstrated competency in building a compelling narrative based on complex data and analytics that help tell your story and influence and inform a particular audienceDemonstrated Data Analyst and process engineering skillset in Master and Reference data domains in financial / banking industryStrong understanding of various project management methodologies and tools (AGILE, Waterfall)Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in the use of JIRA with SCRUMWhat we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
