We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team as Assistant General Counsel, Commercial (AGCC). The AGCC will be embedded with our business development and marketing teams to assess counterparty risk, negotiate deals, review contracts, create form agreements for various types of transactions, and advise on communications and content – all while ensuring compliance with an evolving global regulatory framework. The AGCC will work closely with the General Counsel to review and update legal strategies for commercial transactions and marketing content, and then lead the implementation of these strategies.
