**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery
**Job Specialty:** Operating Room / Circulate, Perioperative
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 4 10-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening/night/weekend call
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
**License:** CO RN License or Compact RN License in good standing
**Certifications:** BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association)
**Must-Have:** Proof of Flu Vaccine
**Job Description:**- Provide nursing care for patients during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process.- Work in a facility with four state-of-the-art surgical suites, offering a wide variety of surgical services including Robotics, General Surgery, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, and more.- Utilize advanced medical technology such as Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci Robotics.- Participate in seasoned and diverse surgical teams in a Level III trauma center environment.- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.- Participate in rotating shifts covering evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.- Follow all hospital policies and procedures for an optimal work environment.- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with surgical staff.- Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies before and after surgery.
**Additional Information:**Traveler housing available: Newly remodeled studio apartments located conveniently close to the hospital include Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry, and are fully furnished. No pets allowed. Available for travelers during their assignment.
