With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 97M+ daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.Job Duties:Build end-to-end machine learning products for Ads Targeting such as User Lookalike Models, Keyword Targeting, User Interest Matching.Design metrics and mechanisms to understand and evaluate the performance of various Targeting products.Be involved in all phases of ML development such as ideation, offline modelling, online implementation, experimentation, deploy and post-launch monitoring/measurements.Collect and maintain quality of underlying data (experiment design and analysis, data deep dive), along with working on ETLs and data aggregations needed for training, testing and productionizing models.Serve as a thought-partner for product managers, engineers, leadership in shaping the monetization roadmap and strategy for Reddit by identifying opportunities through deep-dive analyses and/or modelling.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.Special Skill Requirements:ML ModellingInfrastructure DesignANNFAISSVertex AIBig QueryGCSNumPyKubeflowIntelli.JPyTorchAirflowAny suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.Pay Transparency:The base pay range for this position is: $229,702.00 - $303,400.00 USD per annum.Reddit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and is committed to building a workforce representative of the diverse communities we serve.Submit a resume with references using the apply button on this posting or by email at:jobs@reddit.com at Req.#23-135419
