In this role, you will create software serving the many parts of our ecosystem, including our internal pharmacy team, external partner pharmacies, patients, doctors, and our clients. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and operational teams to create solutions that drive patient and business success.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the design strategy for internal operations tools, optimizing workflows for quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with pharmacists and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into user-friendly software solutions.
Lead the design of patient-facing experiences that enhance ease of use and accessibility.
Work with product and engineering teams to execute the design roadmap and ensure smooth implementation.
Champion user-centered design and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization, including service blueprinting.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to operational quality and patient experience.
Oversee design from research through execution, ensuring top-quality outcomes.
RequirementsA passion for helping patients and a get-it-done approach
5+ years in a design leadership role, with experience in internal operations tools.
Proven ability to design complex software with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in balancing internal and patient-facing design needs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across different platforms.
Relevant educational background (preferred).
