As part of TSI org, the Inventory Trust (IT) team is responsible for detecting and preventing inventory from bad actors reaching our customers. This team owns programs to stop bad actor inventory from coming into our Fulfillment Centers and also preventing such inventory from reaching our customers. We achieve this by using advanced analytics, ML Modeling, risk mining and working with partner teams. We are a talented team of risk, program, product, engineering and data analytics experts. We are looking for a Product Management Technical to focus on advancing this commitment.
Key job responsibilities
Product strategy and direction: Continually assess the needs of our customers and partners in defining and evolving the product and business strategy.Roadmap Planning and execution: Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance in a consistent cadence of releases. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your program. Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, driving value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.Enable transparency and strategic alignment across teams and partners by providing communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.Define metrics and KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives and programs and report on their progress.Work across organizations to ensure force multiplication with a wide array of stakeholders.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.Bring your expertise, problem solving skills, creativity, and sense of humor to add value to our team.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- MBA- Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learningAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
