Are you interested in bringing new services and value propositions to better serve millions of Amazon Prime customers worldwide? Prime's vision is to be the most loved membership program. As a Product Manager - Tech for Amazon Prime, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our worldwide membership program. Your mission will be to accelerate our speed-to-market as we introduce next-generation constructs and implement pricing and other monetization decisions to continue bringing members disproportionate value. As a Product Manager - Tech, you will think critically about Prime's ability to meet our customers and business needs, create a long-term tech vision, and execute upon that vision end to end. You will partner closely with tech leaders and software engineers to eliminate, simplify and automate our implementation processes, build innovative features that will allow scale and optimize our go-to-market speeds while maintaining a high bar on the customer experience. You will also work with UX designers, and local teams globally to develop transparent and easy to navigate customer experiences. Finally, you ensure our solutions comply with global regulatory mandates, and have appropriate governance.Key job responsibilities:Architect and champion a long-term tech vision that accelerates the implementation of pricing strategies and program constructs for Amazon Prime.Lead cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end initiatives that will enable seamless implementation of pricing and construct decisions.Forge strong partnerships with tech leaders and software engineers to revolutionize our implementation processes through elimination, simplification, and automation.Conduct critical analysis of Prime's capabilities, anticipating and addressing evolving customer needs and business objectives to maintain market leadership.Develop and implement CXs that support our go-to-market strategies and maintain the highest levels of customer trust.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.Experience managing technical products or online services.Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time.Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products.5+ years of end to end product delivery experience.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
