We provide tools called APIs, which streamline the integration of these functionalities, ensuring they are secure and effective.The RoleWe are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis function as we continue to build a foundation of excellence in finance. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights that shape business strategy.What You Must BringAt least 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within high-growth technology companies.Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.Willingness to take on challenges, from foundational tasks to complex strategic initiatives.You shouldn’t apply if you:Have limited experience in financial planning and analysis.Prefer narrowly defined responsibilities and shy away from taking ownership of complex tasks.Lack a detail-oriented mindset.Struggle with self-direction.Are uncomfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.Perks/BenefitsHealthcare: 90% premium coverage for medical, dental and vision for you and your family.Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).401k with 3% employer contribution.Education Stipend: $1,000 USD annual education & development benefit.Fully Paid Parental Leave: 12 weeks parental leave.Interview ProcessRound 1: 60 minute discussion with the Head of FP&A.Round 2: 45 minute discussion with the CFO.Round 3: 60 minute take home assignment followed by a discussion with the Head of FP&A.Round 4: Three discussions with various Nylas leaders.The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000.
