The Wholesale Planner will provide in-depth analysis at account level of commercial initiatives such as distribution expansion, new product launches, and animation programs to drive growth and ROI requirements with luxury retailers for the Niche brand cluster. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing account strategies to maximize brand visibility, sales, and profitability across key luxury retail partners. Reporting directly to the Key Account Director, the Wholesale Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Retail, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Education, Field Team) to ensure smooth execution of Niche brand initiatives and retailer satisfaction. Niche brands include Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Dries Van Noten, and Christian Louboutin Beauty. Key areas of expertise should include strategic thinking, creativity, analytical reporting, multi-tasking, initiative, team player working with Cross-Functional Teams. Specialty Store, Vendor and/or Cosmetic background a plus.What you'll get to do

Support Key Account Director (KAD) as a primary contact for luxury retail partners nurturing relationships to drive brand performance.Analyze and interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth within each account.Collaborate with the Key Account Director to develop annual sales forecasts, setting clear objectives and KPIs for each retailer.Partner with KAD & Field Teams on creating key door allocation strategies for specialty accounts to achieve sales and brand goals.Support KAD in leading internal bi-monthly meetings to provide Field team updates, communicate retailer feedback, and gain insights on business needs.Work closely with internal teams including marketing, demand planning, visual merchandising, and finance to ensure effective execution of promotional activities and product launches.Monitor weekly sell-in and stock requirements by specialty account and by brand.Assist in all new launch planning from orders to tactical programming alongside KAD.Assist in providing monthly shipping forecasts to the niche and prestige teams.Review & recommend Stock Adjustments/Swaps.Partner monthly with Field teams to aggregate OOS, tester needs, and non-saleable collateral.Forecast account allocations (Promotional & Collateral) with set up sheets for CPS Input.Distribute PO tracker by door for saleable and nonsaleable and work on seasonal flow.Add seasonal trackers, used by cross-functional teams, Visual Week Goals & Daily, Weekly Recaps (review ROI).Create, maintain, and communicate all “side x side” activations, highlights, and call-to-actions.Partner with Sales Ops on creating and maintaining Allocation Status reporting.Liaise with Demand Planning, attend monthly meetings and review weekly Sales & Inventory.Partner with specialty accounts’ replenishment teams to secure POs and retailers’ projections.Create portal and BW reports to identify key business drivers and share findings internally.Work with Customer Services and Logistics on PO tracking to anticipate and mitigate barriers.We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in working experience.3-5 years’ work experience in sales, planning preferably within the luxury sector, beauty, fashion or fragrance industries.Proficient in Microsoft Office, most notably, Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and sales analytics.Major department store retailer or vendor experience a plus.Superb verbal and written communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations.Able to influence and gain buy-in by building trustworthy relationships with integrity.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent in execution.Flexibility with Schedule and travel as necessary.Systems Experience Preferred: Microsoft Office, PPT, Sales Adm. & Planning reports, Account Vendor Portals BW, SAP, G2N, HQ SAP (“Cube”), IT raw data.A few things you'll love about us
