We would love to talk to you!We are seeking an industry-leading Senior Product Manager Technical, to own the vision, development, launch and continuous improvement of AI-powered features personalizing Amazon’s search experiences (e.g., Autocomplete, Filtering, Search results, etc.); making it feel tailored to each customer's shopping needs and preferences.As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll have an end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Our Senior Product Managers have the freedom (and encouragement) to experiment with new possibilities, improve, invent, and innovate on behalf of our customers.The right person has high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgement, demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and products, and is an independent operator, skilled on working cross-teams to deliver on behalf of customers.Key job responsibilities
Lead the vision, definition, and delivery of personalized search experiences, to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, product management, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.Constantly make ruthless roadmap prioritization decisions. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing between customer and business needs vs. technical constraints.Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of personalized search experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for personalization and drive product strategy.Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for Personalization initiatives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree5+ years of end to end product delivery experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience in technical product management, program management or engineeringExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExcellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience presenting to senior executives.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
