With a mission to empower pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health companies, they deliver stunning visual strategies that accurately communicate scientific concepts to engage target audiences through optimal channels.The Role:As the company expands into the US market, they are seeking a full-cycle Sales Representative to spearhead this growth. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships and closing high-value deals with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, taking ownership of the entire sales process—from lead generation through to deal closure.Job Description:Drive outbound lead generation, actively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.Execute B2B sales cycles from pipeline development through to closing, securing high-value projects averaging $35,000.Target key decision-makers within pharmaceutical and biotech companies, offering advanced scientific communication and visualization solutions.Promote and sell innovative 3D medical videos and interactive scientific content to enhance client engagement and communication.Build and expand a substantial book of business by identifying prospective clients and establishing strong, lasting relationships.Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows, networking with potential clients and partners as part of the US market expansion.Conduct comprehensive market research and perform proactive outreach, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other resources to connect with stakeholders.Collaborate with the sales team to refine market entry strategies and develop relationships that drive sales growth.Compensation : On target earnings of $96k/year including a base salary of $60k/year and 10% commissions on sales and performance based bonuses.We’re Looking For Candidates Who:Native English speaker based in the Eastern Time Zone, preferably near Boston.Established experience and network within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Background in business development with a track record of driving growth.Passionate about healthcare innovation with a commitment to impactful scientific communications.Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment with a professional setup (camera, microphone, clean background, etc.).Willingness to attend key medical and pharmaceutical conferences, representing the company at booths and networking events to build client relationships.Why Join the Team?Our client is not just selling a service – they are shaping the future of healthcare by making science visually understandable.
