Full-Time/RegularThe BU Law Communications, Marketing & Graduate Admissions Office seeks an Events and Operations Specialist to support the planning and facilitation of a growing number of events organized within the School of Law. This position will support the Assistant Director of Events and Conferences with the management of high profile events including annual lectures, symposia, and conferences, coordinating room reservations, catering, and technical logistics, and providing day-of support. The Specialist will also manage a portfolio of smaller events independently as assigned by the Assistant Director and will manage the law school room reservation system for event space for internal and external parties.Required Skills
