100% Clinic Services Manager . The Clinic Services Manager is charged with overseeing and providing support services to clinical and non-clinical units at Iowa River Landing.Job Description:Manage, coordinate, and direct the scheduling and visit management support services.Lead the review of patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and clinic workflows in order to evaluate clinic effectiveness and efficiency.Evaluate physician scheduling templates to generate and implement recommendations to improve patient flow, decrease patient wait time, and improve physician and staff efficiency.Provide scheduling, template, and policy education to nurses/physicians as necessary.Optimize workflow and efficiencies in the IRL clinic. Work with UI Marketing, physicians, APP leaders, DEO, and Department.Provide direct and administrative supervision over scheduling and support staff of IRL including hiring, scheduling, and assigning work, establishing work priorities, performance evaluations, development, and disciplinary actions.Compile, organize, and report outcomes measured, including hospital utilization of health care resources.Review patient satisfaction results and implement appropriate changes/improvements.Implement strategies to resolve service issues. Review, respond, and resolve requests and issues from staff, customers, and hospital departments.Develop and/or implement programs, policies, and practices for IRL.Additional duties as assigned.University of Iowa Health Care WECARE Values:Welcoming:

100%Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week will be accomplished between the times of 7:00am-5:00pm, with rotating lates/evenings, and a Saturday rotation between 7:30am-12:30pm.Regular salaried position located in Iowa City, Iowa. Fringe benefit package including paid vacation; sick leave; health, dental, life and disability insurance options; and generous employer contributions into retirement plans.Minimum Eligibility Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of administrative experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in computer spreadsheet and database applications.Proficiency in electronic scheduling and visit management system (i.e. EPIC).Desirable Qualifications:Previous experience/knowledge (1+ years) of patient scheduling workflow and physician template development/management.1+ year of supervisory experience.Experience with hospital operations and/or Ambulatory Clinic operations.Knowledgeable in EPIC Cadence functionality.Ability to facilitate positive outcomes through collaboration and teamwork, establishing and meeting/exceeding department objectives and deadlines.Knowledge of University of Iowa Health Care policies, procedures, and regulations.Application Process:In order to be considered for an interview, applicants must upload the following documents and mark them as “Relevant File” to the submission:Job openings are posted for a minimum of
