At Autism 360, we are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one on one quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism to help them build essential skills while having fun!
As a technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients ranging from 2 years to 12 years of age. We provide training and certification for any candidate coming onboard, no prior experience required! Our goal is to ensure all Behavior Technicians at Autism 360 excel in their role and achieve national certification from the Behavior Analytics Certification Board, which is why we provide high quality training overseen by our highly trained BCBAs and our Staff Support Specialist as part of our Mentorship program. RBT candidates with prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

At Autism 360, our schedules are based around the availability of the children and families we work with. Technicians are scheduled in 3-hour blocks between 8a-5p.
We have a scheduling team dedicated to provide technicians with consistent and sufficient hours. Full and part time availability - no evenings or weekends!

- Develop new skills and start your career! We offer extensive hands-on training, ongoing program oversight, BACB supervision hours where applicable, and career paths to BCBA and other positions.
- Eligible for master's degree program education credits to advance your path to BCBA certification
- Promotional opportunities for RBTs (Lead RBT, Staff Support Specialist, etc.)
- Assist clients in acquiring new skills, improving communication and socialization, and reducing problem behaviors by following their individualized treatment plan.
- Interact with the child and family, building a strong relationship as their therapist.
- Record behavior data from your interactions and convert session notes on time to enhance data analysis.
- Collaborate with your BCBA (supervisor) and maintain effective communication with team members
- Deliver high quality one-on-one therapy services in 3-hour session blocks.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Sound technical and computer skills.
- Become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of employment if not already registered.
- Pass a Criminal Background Check & drug test.
- Minimum 11:00 am - 5:00 pm availability Monday-Friday
- Ideally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm availability, Monday-Friday
- The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
