DutiesServes as a member of the executive leadership team, participates in the development of strategic plans; develops long-range goals, annual objectives, and strategies to meet the healthcare goals of the organization.Formulates objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with the long term interest of the organizations; supports and advocates the need for change and implementation of quality improvement principles and statistical tools.Responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of WRSU and its components; enforcing the policies and procedures, managing human and material resources, ensuring patient and doctor satisfaction, high employee morale, and hospital profitability.Ensures that successful and timely implementation of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) and applicable Affordable Care Act (ACA) Provisions, and as required, the Indian Self-Determination and Education Act and Amendments (ISDEAA).Maintains close contact with all department heads-and assistants and delegates responsibilities to ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner. This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities.
