Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Facility Type: Health Center Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO Specialty: Family Medicine Start Date: September 16 th End Date: January 3, 2025 Length of Assignment: 3-month assignments with potential to extend Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8-6 PM Patient Volume: Summer PPD averages 10-16, MUST be comfortable seeing all ages Procedures: Family Medicine, comfortable seeing all ages and treating bread and butter Primary Care EMR: EPIC Licensure Needed: AK license Certifications Needed: DEA, BLS Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Comfortable working in RURAL areas, especially Alaska, and must have a background in Family Medicine PEDS and Women s Health experience is a huge plus Interview Schedule/Preferences: Medical Director and Recruitment will review CV and then schedule a phone interview Other additional pertinent information: Support staff: 3 FTE when fully staffed, 1 MD and 2 APP, each provider assigned an MA and pool of 3 RN's and Case Manager
