Trauma Surgery/Surgical Critical Care Locum needed at a Level II Trauma Center in Michigan this summer:* Must be Board Certified or Eligible in Surgical Critical Care to be considered* Weekend Call Coverage only (7am Friday-7am Monday) for Trauma, General and Trauma/Acute Care Surgery Service* Rounding on all admitted patients for Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Service* 9am - 12pm rounds on Saturday and Sunday. Census can vary 15 - 20 patients.* Required to respond to all Code 1 Trauma activations within 15 minutes* EPIC EMR /Dragon Dictation* Drivable from major airports, plenty of lodging options* Paid Travel* Complimentary Medical Malpractice* Competitive on-call and call back rateso Schedule:* 6/13: Orientation* -* -* -* One weekend per month beyond that dates TBD* EPIC/DragonRequirements:* Board Eligible/Certified in Surgical Critical Care* ACLS Certification* MI License or IMLC* 50 patients (surgical or consultative) in the last 12 months* Credentialing timeframe is typically 30 days
