Hospitalist Physician

Facility in Vermont is looking for an IM or FM Hospitalist for locum coverage starting in October.PayRates:* Day shift $200/hr* Swing shift $210/hr* Night Shift $220/hrRequirements:* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine* Active Vermont State License or IMLC preferred* ACLS Certification Required* Clean Malpractice/Background preferredDetails:* Day Shift: 7a-5p med/surg patients (assigned list of 13-15 patients or 10-12 plus admissions)* Swing Shift: 12p-10p admissions to ICU/step down/med/surg unit, new consults (avg 6-7 admits plus collaboration with APP)* Night Shift: 7p-7:30a cross coverage of ICU/PCU/med surg plus nightly admissions (avg 6 admits nightly)* Schedule: Flexible scheduling, blocks of 5-7 days.
