Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine PhysicianType: Full-Time, OutpatientExperience : Experienced physicians only (no new grads)Job Summary:We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida. This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.Key Responsibilities:* Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population.* Patient Load : 20-22 patients daily.* Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or late hours).* Optional call for additional compensation.Qualifications:* Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.* Active Florida Medical License required.* BLS and ACLS certifications.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is essential.* Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.Compensation & Benefits:* Base Salary : Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses.* Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO.
