**Description** Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications:** + Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas. + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, for: + Hospital/Clinic. + Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire. + National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. + TNCC, ENPC - TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program) upon hire. + 3 years Professional nursing experience. + 2 years Clinical experience in specific clinical area. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, for: Staffing Operations Nurse Manager: + Master's Degree in Nursing, for: + Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. + Pediatric Emergency Department. + Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit. + Master's Degree For Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research. + Specialty certification related to practice upon hire. + Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association upon hire. + National oncology certification (OCN), Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification every 2 years (for JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices) upon hire. + Supervisory/leadership experience. **Why Join Providence?** Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
