We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near Maricopa County, Arizona.Your New Role:* Position: Experienced Male Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine* Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent* Setting: Outpatient Clinic* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; No weekends; Call rotation 1:8* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in family medicine with a solid employment history (no locums providers or multiple job movements)* Patient Population: All ages, patient panel includes male patientsWhat s in the Offer:* Competitive Edge: Salary negotiable with experience, very obtainable bonus structure* Robust Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance, PTO (3 weeks), Standard Holidays, 1 week CME with $1,500 stipend, Short-Term Disability, 401K (available this summer)* Incentives: Loan forgiveness, Relocation assistance* Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and growth within a well-established family medicine groupIn this Role:You will be working as an experienced Nurse Practitioner at our facility in Maricopa County, Arizona . This role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a modern outpatient clinic setting. You will handle a patient load of 20-24 per day, with fewer patients if wellness visits are included. Your responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, management, and follow-up care. The clinic uses the E-Clinical Works (ECW) EMR system, so experience with ECW is required. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred to better serve the diverse patient population. You will be part of a dedicated team that includes 8 female providers, bringing gender balance to the patient panel.The position requires an Arizona license, certification to practice in an expanded role as a Family NP, current DEA, and Arizona Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority.
