Conviva Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in Rockport, Texas.You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.A day in the life of a Conviva physician* Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; no weekends, and 9 paid holidays off* Join an experienced team with an established patient panel* See 10-12 patients per day .
