The successful candidate will provide expert care to patients with blood disorders and cancers while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:* Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.* Develop and manage treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, radiologists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.* Participate in clinical trials and research to advance the field of hematology and oncology.* Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.* Stay current on advancements in the field and implement best practices in patient care.* Contribute to hospital leadership and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications:* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.* Board certification in Hematology and Oncology.* Valid state medical license in WA or IMLC* Strong clinical background in hematology/oncology with excellent patient management skills.* Commitment to continuous education and professional development.Compensation & Benefits:* Base Salary: $520,000* Earning Potential: Up to $600,000 with Value-Based Compensation* Retention Bonus: $100,000 total ($20,000 per year over 5 years)* RVU Bonus: $94.33 per RVU above 4922* Sign-On Bonus: $50,000* Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000* Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (STD/LTD).* Retirement plan and loan repayment options (qualifies for PSLF).* Paid time off, including 5 days of CME with a $5,500 discretionary fund.* Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their CV.
