- Seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine Physician- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population- Part-time permanent Outpatient Only position- Office is open Monday " FridayNo nights, no weekends- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest- Location: Spartanburg, SC- Salary and Benefits- Above-market compensation- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)- Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)- Benefits will be offered to those that choose to work 30+ hours
