Job J-1 visa for 2022- Flexible Internal Medicine Position Baltimore, MD - potential of making $350+k* First year guarantee base Salary $220K + Bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day)* With the ability to transition to productivity base where physicians are earning between $350-$500k (seeing around 35 patients in nursing home)* They are offering partnership.* BC/BE Internal Medicine physician needed in Baltimore MD.* You will work with 5 other physicians.* Traditional practice to includeo 2 weeks in 2 months at one hospital doing inpatient work seeing about 10-15 patients per dayo Other 6 weeks within the 2 monthsday per week in clinic,Rest of the time working in the nursing home where there is an NP that takes the call. See patients 3-4 hours per day and then patient notes can be done from home.
