Other services offered include Day Hospital Program, aquatics, pain management, arthritis, wellness and industrial and work programs.This 90,000 square-foot hospital serves patients throughout Central Pennsylvania and is located at 2005 Valley View Boulevard, Altoona, Pennsylvania and has outpatient locations in Altoona, Bedford, Duncansville and Tyrone, Pennsylvania.HEALTHSOUTH PM&R PHYSICIAN DESCRIPTIONPM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses. The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections.
