This role combines strategic energy management, utility relations, and operational excellence to support our client's ambitious sustainability goals. The position offers an opportunity to shape the future of EV infrastructure while driving environmental impact through sustainable transportation solutions.Core Responsibilities:Energy Management for EV Charging Sites:Support portfolio North American EV charging sitesDevelop and implement comprehensive site operations proceduresEstablish and maintain monitoring systems for performance trackingLead continuous improvement initiatives based on operational feedbackDrive standardization of EV charging infrastructure processesUtility Account Management:Manage utility relationships for North American sitesCoordinate new service applications and account setupsEnsure accurate utility billing and rate structuresMaintain detailed tracking of utility meters and their applicationsExecute utility setup processes ahead of power requirementsStrategic Support & Analysis:Conduct energy rate analysis and optimizationDevelop pricing strategies for EV charging operationsProvide support on energy policy mattersSupport broader sustainability initiativesContribute to program development and scalingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in energy management or utility operationsStrong understanding of utility operations and billing structures including various rate and tariff structures across North AmericaAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsKey Attributes for Success:Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilitiesExcellence in project management and organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groupsCommitment to sustainability and environmental impactWhat Sets You Apart:Experience with large-scale EV infrastructure projectsBackground in utility account managementDemonstrated experience with EV infrastructure or charging systemsKnowledge of energy markets and rate structuresExpertise in sustainability initiativesProficiency with energy management systemsImpact You'll Make:Lead the transformation of transportation infrastructureDrive significant reduction in carbon emissionsDevelop innovative solutions for complex energy challengesShape the future of sustainable transportationContribute to meeting aggressive implementation targetsCBRE is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that embraces and promotes diversity. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $118,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
