Our client, a leading organization in the IT industry, is seeking a Help Desk III to join their team. As a Help Desk III, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical troubleshooting skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

What's the Job?
Perform first level IT support with a strong emphasis on customer service and professionalismIndependently perform root cause analysis and issue resolution of complex IT issues related to DFI hardware and software (e.g., Lenovo Laptops, Apple iPhones, MS Windows, M365)Identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practicesCommunicate effectively and professionally with a variety of customers including executivesPrioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detailWhat's Needed?
6 or more years of experience in IT supportAbility to independently perform root cause analysis and issue resolution of complex IT issues related to DFI hardware and software (e.g., Lenovo Laptops, Apple iPhones, MS Windows, M365)Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executivesAbility to identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL and industry best practicesHighly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detailITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar (nice to have)CompTIA A+ certification of similar (nice to have)PMP certification or similar (nice to have)
