IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced

Chief Innovation Architect

to support a DOD SOCOM opportunityITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities :

Strategic leader and Chief Architect responsible for driving the enterprise architecture, innovation, and coordinating engagements across the Innovation Ecosystem.Principle requirements are owning the Innovation Council, Driving the Technical Roadmap, Enterprise Governance, Pattern Development, Innovation integration into the SIE Ecosystem, and ensuring adherence to Enterprise Governance requirements of the Chief Architect's Architecture Review Board (ARB), and the Chief Engineer's Engineering Review Board (ERB).Sets the strategic direction for innovation, enterprise architecture, enterprise governance, technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for new products, services, processes, and training.Develops and implements frameworks and processes that foster a culture of innovation across the delivery of training and services.Works closely with other organizational components to ensure innovation initiatives align with SIE / operator requirements.Monitors industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats.Oversees the development and execution of innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and work through the approval board process for innovation integration.Establishes metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives and makes data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve outcomes.Location : On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

Senior level: 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.

Substitutions for education:

Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's DegreePreferred Skills:

Ability to lead and develop innovation strategies and road maps that align emerging technologies with DoD mission goals and national security objectives.In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics.Expertise in designing and overseeing complex enterprise architectures and integrating new technologies into existing DoD systems including in DoDAF and related frameworks, methodologies and specifications.Strong proficiency in cybersecurity practices, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies, ensuring new technologies are secure and meet stringent DoD security standards.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodationClearance Requirements:

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
