Certs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or is CRT acceptable?BLS, PALS, CRT or RRTTypes of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Pediatric only position. Typically from birth - 18 years. Occasionally up to 20years if they are still followed by pediatrics. What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.)Inpatient Pediatrics OnlyExperience or 'Must have' skillsMust have 1 year of true pediatric experience. Must have level IV NICU and level I PICU experience. Previous children's hospital experience is a major bonus. Previously travel experience is a bonus. Job Duties (ie: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.)Treatments, ABG's, EKG's, percussion, cystic fibrosis, interstitial pulmonary diseases, open chest, ECMO, Congenital hearts, bedside procedures, few bronch's but pulmonary has their own RT for certain procedures. Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist?Assist only, Residents typically intubate. RT Equipment (Brand for Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow)Puritan Bennett 980, Draeger 500, high frequency oscillatory, Vapotherm, V60, Hamilton and trilogy home ventilator. Is there a Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist on each shift?M-F manager, 2 educational managers M-F and Supervisor/lead 24/7 Hospitalist or Intensivist in housePediatric Residents, Hospitalist and Intensivist 24/7."Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
