Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood as well as processing these specimens for laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient interaction skills and a keen eye for detail.ResponsibilitiesConduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all agesServe both inpatient and outpatient populations.Collect and process patient information accurately.Provide excellent customer service to patients.Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples.Essential SkillsPhlebotomyBlood drawPatient information collectionCustomer serviceLaboratory skillsDrawing bloodData entryAdditional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of phlebotomy experience required.Experience in specimen processing is preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to work rotating shifts.Work Environment
