Responsibilities

Provide program analyst and program control support. Perform budget preparation and monitoring of program performance; maintain program set-up within business systems, planning, and control on assigned programs; prepare necessary cost reports. Support program with program budget, scheduling and reporting.

Track project costs and commitments, schedule performance; monitor and report performance metrics as scheduled. Ensure accurate data entry of invoicing. meet deadlines for submissions

Maintain accurate labor and budgeting forecasts, provide necessary reports and assist in resource planning; maintain accurate data in all data management systems (Deltek Costpoint, etc.).

Plan, track, analyze, and report on multiple projects; execute program funding and prepare monthly execution reports. Reconcile program performance, profitability, invoicing, un-billables, costs on hold, subcontracts and participate in status briefings and program updates. Review internal and external invoices.

Process contract modifications and communicate changes to subcontractors. Execute program funds, monitor obligations and expenditures; provide program budget development and review support.

Report detailed information, analyze financial data in support of project cost/schedule status; report detailed results to necessary stakeholders. Track CDRL deliverables to ensure contract requirements are satisfied.

Complete program purchasing process within program budget; track orders, maintain accurate data of shipments and inventory; report progress and maintain inventory quality controls. Generate and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate IMS inputs.

Participate in regular meetings; meet deliverable and reporting deadlines. Maintain open communication with all stake holders through timely communications and status reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Education Requirements and Desired Skillsets

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from accredited institution.

3-5 years related experience in DoD contracting, mid-level experience in program analyst/program control or cost analysis required. Will consider 8+ years demonstrated experience for senior-level role.

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting experience desired, but not required.

Demonstrated background working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive (FPI), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (TandM), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and hybrid contracts highly desired.

Demonstrated experience in DoD contracting and project control required.

Demonstrate high motivation, mission-oriented success, and professional growth with demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well with others in a dynamic, fast paced, multi-tasking team environment.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, CostPoint, COGNOS reporting and Costpoint procurement and contracts modules required; Sharepoint experience preferred.

Advanced Excel and spreadsheet reporting functions highly desired. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and program managers with competing priority level. Stron organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

U.S Citizenship with an active Secret level security clearance required.

Key responsibilities include effectively receiving and conveying information, with the possibility of occasional telework. Employees may be required to work flexible shifts and hours to meet organizational needs and business demands, and occasional travel may be necessary to support assigned tasks.
