This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities End-User Support: Provide comprehensive support for desktop, mobile, network, and software issues. Incident Management: Efficiently manage and resolve IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Hardware and Software Management: Provision, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets. Network and Security: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement security measures. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve support processes and workflows. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a knowledge base and share expertise with team members. Qualifications and Skills 1-3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on desktop and mobile devices. Strong understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365. Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity and printer issues. Experience with computer imaging and software deployment. Familiarity with modern endpoint detection and response tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A and/or Network certifications (preferred).
