Responsibilities Coordinate schedules and assist with Check-In and Check-Out for concessions team members and NPO team members for all events at Amalie Arena, in conjunction with Company policies, procedures, and GuestPath Standards Send all concessions team members event dates, report times, and parking information on a weekly basis Monitor attendance activity such as No Shows, Number of workers, and tardiness General office duties such as reviewing emails, filing and answering phones Other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a training administrator or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel Ability to lift 35lbs Shift Details Event based Evenings as needed Day shift Who We Are Delaware North provides concessions, suites, premium dining, and catering service at Amalie Arena going back to 1992.
