This is a summer 2025 position
Overall Responsibilities of the Dishwasher:Work in BOH cleaning a variety of dishes, restocking them for kitchen staff, assist in keeping the BOH clean and safe.Projects a professional demeanor at all times; stays calm in difficult situations; and treats staff and customers respectfully at all times.Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort (HRCR) Employee Handbook, Employee Safety Manual and Board Policies and Procedures.Responsible for other duties as assigned.Operations: Dishwasher
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, class, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.Wash pots, pan, and trays by hand.Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.Set up or breakdown dishwashing area.Clean and roll/unroll mats.Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.Sweep/mop floors.Assemble/disassemble dish machine.Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.Do not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first.Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Requires minimum age 18, valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Strongly prefer demonstrated experience in Back of House (BOH) food service operations management to include Serve Safe. Must be a motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed, and efficiently use office software as well as having the ability to learn necessary Resort's software. Satisfactory background check required.
