The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring Soar services and projects are seamlessly delivered to clients in support of mission. Collaborate with developers, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, clients, and others to deliver services and projects to standard.
Plan and manage the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep individuals informed of project process and to gain buy-in. Identify and manage risks to delivery, including developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Facilitate meetings and collaborate with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals to identify potential issues and solve challenges. Understand existing tools, systems, processes, and procedures; provide recommendations for improvements. Knowledgeable about current and emerging technologies, including cloud services and enterprise software. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Security Clearance
Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance with polygraph.
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. 5-10 years experience working with technical teams.
